Our Team

Dr. Dustin Wiles is the founder of Wiles Eye Care and is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. A Missouri native, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated at the top of his class from the University of Missouri - St. Louis College of Optometry. He later served as a Captain and staff optometrist in the United States Army before returning home to care for patients in central Missouri.

Dr. Wiles combines advanced medical and vision care with a personalized approach to treatment. His areas of practice include routine eye exams, contact lens and specialty contact lens fittings, diabetic eye care, dry eye treatment, glaucoma management, and the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of eye diseases. He is also committed to providing timely access to care for urgent eye conditions when vision or eye health concerns arise.

He believes quality eye care does more than preserve sight - it enhances quality of life. His goal is to ensure every patient feels valued, respected, and genuinely cared for while receiving the highest standard of care.

Dr. Wiles and his wife, Steph'Annie, are proud to call Rolla home, where they are raising their seven children: Annie, Jacob, Samuel, Isaac, Eli, Charlotte, and Luke. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with family, cheering on his children in their many activities, hunting, and fishing.

Dr. Wiles founded Wiles Eye Care with a vision of creating a welcoming, family-focused practice where every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and exceptional care.

Aleshia brings more than 20 years of experience in patient care, optical services, and healthcare operations to Wiles Eye Care. She is certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABOC) and is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA). After serving patients at Mercy for fifteen years and Walmart for eight years, she joined Wiles Eye Care as Lead Clinical Coordinator.

A Rolla High School graduate, Class of 1999, Aleshia is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management through Columbia College, Aleshia is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Aleshia enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, whom she married in 2001, along with their children, Chey and Andrew, son-in-law Thomas, and grandsons Jackson and Wyatt. She also loves spending time with her beloved Blue Heeler, Lou Lou, and enjoys cooking, baking, fishing, boating, gardening, and traveling to tropical destinations whenever she can.

Aleshia's leadership, extensive experience, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional patient care make her an invaluable member of the Wiles Eye Care team. 

Ashley brings several years of healthcare experience to Wiles Eye Care, having worked at Sinks Pharmacy from 2018 to 2023 before joining Mercy, where she served patients from 2023 to 2026. Her background in healthcare has helped her develop a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for helping others.

As an Optometric Technician, Ashley assists patients throughout the clinical examination process and helps ensure each visit runs smoothly and efficiently. Known for her warm personality and compassionate nature, she has a special ability to connect with patients, helping them feel comfortable, heard, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

A Rolla High School graduate, Class of 2006, Ashley is a proud mother to two sons, Kayden and Trenton. She is also a devoted cat mom to Lynx and Luna.

Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her children, family, and beloved cats. She loves relaxing at home, antiquing, and visiting the beach whenever she gets the opportunity.

Ashley’s kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care make her an invaluable member of the Wiles Eye Care team.

Bruce brings 18 years of optical experience to Wiles Eye Care. Throughout his career serving patients at Hillcrest Optical, Sinks Pharmacy, and Mercy, he has developed extensive expertise in frame styling, lens options, and helping patients achieve their best possible vision.

Bruce enjoys working closely with patients to understand their visual needs and lifestyle, helping them select frames and lenses that provide the ideal combination of comfort, function, and style. His friendly personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help create a welcoming experience for every patient who visits Wiles Eye Care.

A lifelong resident of the area, Bruce attended Newburg High School and continued his education at Linn Technical College. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his son, Conyer, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Missouri Tigers, and Kansas City Chiefs, as well as fishing, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.
